Paediatric Dentistry
A calm, unhurried start to lifelong healthy habits — for kids who'd rather be anywhere else.

Our approach
Our team is good with children who genuinely don't want to be there — calm, patient, and quick to explain things in terms that actually make sense to a six-year-old. We'd rather take things slowly than rush a nervous kid through.
What we cover
- Regular check-ups and cleans from the first tooth onward
- Fillings and treatment for baby teeth
- Fissure sealants to help prevent decay in new adult molars
- Advice on brushing, diet and habits like thumb-sucking
When should my child's first visit be?
Around their first birthday, or whenever that first tooth appears — earlier than most parents expect, but it helps them get comfortable with the environment early.
Are treatments for baby teeth covered by Medicare?
Eligible children and teens up to age 17 are covered under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) for a range of services.
